BSL is a different organisation than what it was five years ago. Our evolution has
been extraordinary, with significant change achieved at almost every level. Business
diversification has enhanced our reputable revenue streams, improved our cost
efficiencies and more closely aligned us to our Strategic Pillars of Wellbeing,
Inclusion, Connection, Team Work, and Pathways.

In August 2017, we set ourselves a new Vision, from being “Regional Australia’s
Best‚ÄĚ to ‚ÄúDelivering World-Class Experiences‚ÄĚ and we reset our values to
encompass unity, accountability, and strategic thinking.

Our vision and purpose is the cornerstone of everything we do, and empowers a
positive cultural shift, as we strive for excellence at all levels of the organisation.
We approach the upcoming five years with optimism, excitement, and pride.
Our future is limitless, and excelling as leaders will enhance our reputation.
