Reporting to the General Manager, the Front of House Supervisor will bring a passion and genuine interest in the hospitality industry. They will be responsible for the day to day operations of the front of house duties of the Bar, Bistro and catering functions, including staff/bartenders, overseeing the delivery of an exceptional, professional and a courteous food and beverage experience to customers of BSL.

The role requires the successful candidate to be flexible and able to work days, nights, weekends and split shifts.

Seeking 2x qualified chefs

An experienced qualified Chef is sought to work across all areas of the kitchen operations. Must have a passion for food, attention to detail. You will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of all menu food items.

§ Able to take direction from Executive Chef and management
§ Dedication to TAFE and further study
